Ted has become a friend throughout this home selling and buying process. Ted is so easy to work with and very accommodating. He is punctual, courteous and kind. Buying and Selling a house can be very stressful and I found Ted to be a calming influence through it all.

We had a truly outstanding experience working with Ted during the sale of our home. From the very beginning, he demonstrated professionalism, deep market knowledge and genuine care for our goals. He guided us through every step of the process, communicated clearly and made sure we always felt informed and supported.

Ted was fantastic throughout the whole selling process. He did a preliminary walk-thru and made recommendations to upgrade or improve items that would help sell our house. Ted helped us plan to get the home in "show" condition. He presented pros/cons to us when offers were being evaluated and reassured us during the decision-making process on how things would move from signing an offer sheet to the day of closing. His experience and opinions really helped us make the right decision with offers. We had some changes in the closing date due to the Eagles winning the Super Bowl (!), but all went well. Ted represented us at closing because we had issues with making it there in person. All funds were disbursed as expected and the closing went off without a hitch. Ted, we appreciate you and are so happy you were our agent!

We were so fortunate to have Ted helping us with both buying as a buyer’s agent and selling as a seller’s agent. In both cases we relied on his guidance and expertise. We were so very pleased in both scenarios. We found Ted to be informative, completely trustworthy, dedicated to our best interests and extremely responsive throughout the buying and selling process. For us and for Ted it was a long process between buying and selling. Ted was very patient while we were evaluating properties for the right fit. He never pressured us to make a buying decision indicative of his integrity and dedication to helping us find the right property for our needs. This took over two years of searching! The subsequent selling process was quick attributed to Ted’s marketing advice and his guidance through the overall sales process. If integrity and expertise are as important to you as it was to us, we highly recommend Ted for your real estate transactions.
