Truly polite staff, ive seen them be incredibly kind to homeless couple in the mornings. Great examples of how to act.

Ted Bash and Jackie Leone Pleasant were great agents for the purchase of my Capitol Hill condo! With their experience, they had a good understanding of the Capitol Hill market where I was looking. They collaborated well to find places that met my requirements and to be available for tours at convenient times. They gave me the info for what to look for in a condo, and they got questions about the places answered promptly. They also had good attention to detail during the offer and resale certificate process, which they made easy. Overall, a smooth experience, and they made it fun! I bought my first house with Jackie 18 years ago, and it was great to work with her again as well!

Ted was a great listener to my concerns, integrating all the complexity of my particular situation with ease. He then offered his perspective, supported by years of experience and a nuanced understanding of the market. And the sale of my condo went swimmingly, quickly, multiple competitive bids. His understanding of financing was invaluable His contacts for support services, lenders, painters, stagers were the best and made my work easy and high quality. Thank you Ted!

Ted went above and beyond the call of duty! Due to no fault of his, we had some major hiccups during the journey of selling our home of 31 years. Ted was calm and reassuring during all of it and even found people to help us with some renovations while we were out of town! After taking the house off the market, we re-listed the house in late Feb (when we were out of state) and it was sold within a month and we didn't even have to come home to finish renovations on the house. . .Ted just took care of everything! Exceptional professional! Thank you, Ted.

Ted Bash did a great job selling a Seattle-area home for me. He was skilled and knowledgeable at every point. I especially appreciated the meticulous financial information and analysis, and the pricing recommendations. All the steps on the way to the closing were solid: the thorough preparation of the house (including improvements), driving the schedule, and arranging for a home inspection. His work led to a final offer within a week and the sale price was far above the asking price.

Ted helped us find our dream home. His thoughtful approach to every detail, from search to understanding what was important to us, to helping with getting us settled after closing, was so appreciated. Ted really helped us drill down on the 'must haves' vs. 'nice to haves'. And with Ted's help, we got both!

Ted was also instrumental in guiding us through the sales process - really coaching us on what would make the best impression, pricing and resources needed to do the work to get to listing. His advice and guidance helped us close on our house within a week at much, much higher than asking.

If you're looking for a thoughtful, conscientious, hard working, professional, compassionate, committed real estate professional - look no further - Ted is your guy!
