Greg helped my wife and I first get into a rental and 3 years later to the day, purchase our first home. Even with the rental he would periodically call and make sure everything was going right, making sure we were being taken care of. Greg is a hard worker and a great guy, this all shines through in the purchasing process when he went over and beyond doing research into the HOA and the area, he even offered to help clean the yards up after. in the end, hes really passionate about people and relationship so not only do you get a great realtor, but you get someone who truly cares as if your longtime friend was helping you.
