Great service. This is the 7th or Eighth real estate transaction I have concluded in my life where I have used a realtor. I have never had one before where such service was provided. Laura (and Dan) really took the reins and did many tasks other realtors put on me that I thought the realtor should take care of. My expectations were met and exceeded!
One of the many things that stood out to my husband and I when we worked with Laura was her strong sense of organization. She was always ahead of the game. She always had the paperwork sent straight over to us. We never had to reach out to her to ask her to do things she hadn’t already done. She was always one step ahead. Selling a house can produce anxiety. Laura has the ability to bring calm to that situation.
