First Team was FIRST CLASS++. Jo An had an offer from a private buyer in one week at our asking price and never going on the MLS. Mom's house of over 60 years was very dear to us and Jo An completely understood our family's concerns/issues. Her recommendation of our Escrow agent was also A+., flawless. She also recommended and assisted the estate sales person and in addition was key in removing unwanted/unsellable household items. An all around soup-to-nuts service, not typical of other agents. Our experience with Kristina and Jo-An was amazing from the first moment we spoke with them via a phone call. We had interviewed and consulted with several realtors, wanting to make sure we were comfortable with their thoughts on the best approach in selling our home of almost 30 years. Many of the realtors offered similar strategies and thoughts, but what set Kristina and Jo-An apart from the others was not just their proposed commission percentages, but the fact that they offered us additional money back based on my wife’s prior military service. They offered this upfront to us from our initial call, which non of the other realtors we considered did. What also set them apart was the fact that Jo-An showed up at my mom’s house (after she signed on with them) with bags of mulch to dress up her backyard. She did this on a weekend and carried the bags in herself and worked on beautifying her yard, at no extra charge! They also brought over some of their family members to help carry out large pieces of furniture my mom wanted to sell online, and stood by her with the potential buyers. Kristina and Jo-An provided above and beyond similar services for my wife and I. They seemed to take a personal interest, vs being just strictly business.
