5 stars. Moria provided helpful info to me long before we signed with her. She gave helpful info on estate sales and estate auctions and contacts she had worked with the proved to be helpful. She recommended 2 men and a truck moving services which turned out to be very helpful/very efficient. She provided home repair contact info which I used- they were very quick and got the job done for some home repair items. Moria's price/appraisal turned out to be very wisely calculated and our price target was reached by buyers very quickly.
She maintained a professional and positive attitude throughout the sales process- made selling the home painless and seamless.
