Great experience and great service!

I had to sell my mom’s home after she passed and I had to sell it quickly. Thinking about this sale was emotional and burdensome, I had to get help! Tawna introduced herself with a smile, a warm heart and full of knowledge. She walked me through the process I’ve never experienced before, answered all my questions and never once made me feel silly for asking. She was very transparent, had great communication throughout the process and was such a cheerleader in obtaining our goal. Because this was a personally rough time, Tawna took care of everything, I felt confident in her skills to handle the sale especially given certain challenges. It was a bittersweet moment when we closed and she called me to give me some solace and that meant a lot to me. Tawna was the perfect person to sell such a meaningful home and our family appreciates her professionalism, grit, and care. Thank you Tawna.

Tawna Burnett was excellent! She made the experience of selling my mother’s home a breeze. Everything went through smoothly and if anything came up, she was there for me or if I had a question, she returned my call/text immediately. She knows real estate and is always there for you!

Great service. That was probably the smoothest transaction I had ever done. It seemed effortless on our parts as our realtor was always available and on top of everything.

Very pleased with Tawna as realtor listing /selling our home.Tawnas immediate actions, follow up and communication with us resulted in home listed , sold and closed escrow within a month. Thank you Tawna. Thank you Berkshire!!

This was our first time selling a home and let me tell you it is completely different than buying, a lot more goes into it than I expected. The unknown can stress me out but can I tell you that Tawna made this experience as smooth as possible. She was very personable, engaged, accommodating, informative and professional. Not only were we first time sellers but we also lived out of state. Tawna took care of everything for us, was there to make sure all repairs got taken care of, all inspections were done , she was a lifesaver. Will recommend her to all my friends and family we are just so appreciative of how much she helped us through this process.

Good experience. Appreciated the patience and continued dedication.

Tawna is extremely professional, is very direct and is such a hard worker. I would recommend her to everyone I know who is selling or buying!

Tawna was amazing!!!
