Tara spent the better part of 2 years with us to find our perfect home. She tirelessly took us weekend after weekend to probably over 50 properties in the time we worked together, and after a couple of "failures to launch" we found the most beautiful home. We can wholeheartedly recommend Tara to anyone - she is ultra-responsive, incredibly quick and efficient, and highly au fait with the area. Tara - thank you so much for all the efforts with us - although we don't miss house hunting anymore, we miss you!

From our initial inquiry to our first offer, from closing day through the present as we settle into our new home, Tara has continually prioritized us, the buyers. Tara listened to our wants and needs - and was able to read between the lines when we couldn't quite express ourselves as first time home buyers. She applied expert knowledge of the home buying process and valuable experience both living and working in Westchester to guide our search for the perfect home. Tara ensured we felt safe throughout the process and confident in our ultimate purchase. We wholeheartedly recommend her as a buyer's agent!

My husband and I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with Tara throughout this entire process. She was always a source of positive energy even when we were growing frustrated in our search. She was incredibly proactive in researching any issues related to the purchase of our new home and did not hesitate to reach out to outside parties when certain concerns or questions were raised. She was a great resource for third party referrals such as home inspector, mortgage and others, and did everything she could to make the process as uncomplicated as possible. If you are looking for a home in Westchester you will not find a more dedicated Broker than Tara.

Tara is the best real estate agent we have worked with. We have been looking at buying a home and she represents us. We are moving out of the city, and have a fairly specific set of criteria. She has patiently been working with our criteria without any pressure to close - in our best which means that the long term outcome is the right one. She is a local of the neighborhood, knows the ins and outs of day to day life there and knows all the key folks to be able to start a new life and introduce you to a local network. She intuitively knows the priorities and concerns of someone looking to move there especially from the city. The experience with her has been so positive and the opposite of what the stereotype is! We can not recommend her enough.

I connected to Tara Siegel through a Zillow listing for a townhouse we were interested in. She was readily available to do a showing and we appreciated her knowledge of the area. We decided not to pursue the townhouse and look for a house instead. Tara was accommodating and patient as we navigated through a volatile real estate market. Tara helped us find the home of our dreams, which we moved into 3 weeks ago. She has been an excellent resource, providing us with recommendations for home inspection companies and various contractors. And she did not walk away after the closing, continuing to check in with us. Tara is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to purchase real estate in the Westchester market.

We had an excellent experience with Tara, even in such a strange time with Covid. We got our dream house which wasn't easy - with many bidders involved and a little bit of a complicated journey but she helped us every step of the way and in the end, are now the proud owners. Couldn't have done it without Tara's expertise, diligence and guidance.

Tara is awesome! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Armonk-Chappaqua-Pleasantville area. She truly wants her clients to find the best home for their needs. We strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a house in Westchester!

Tara was incredibly helpful to us when purchasing our home in Westchester. She made the process easy for us, helping with all aspects of the purchase. She is a great source of local information in a community that is new for us. She was always responsive and available, giving us key advice and guidance where needed. We’ve referred her to friends and we highly recommend Tara!

On our first day of looking at homes in person Tara gave us a great tour of Armonk and shared so many details and knowledge about the town - it was truly impressive. Above all, she hit the perfect balance of listening to us and finding homes we would like, while also pushing us outside our comfort zone to look at homes that helped us learn what we really wanted and where we could compromise. Tara is a hustler, she's dedicated, she's caring and she's above all a hard worker. She is the best and I highly recommend her.
