Working with Cassandra was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone/everyone looking for an agent. We had 2 properties under contract and both of them had extremely challenging sellers. Cassandra took the time to understand the issues, brought in professionals from her network to assist, and ultimately helped us get into the right house for our family. I worked in Owner's representation for construction for many years and understand the importance of having someone to help navigate the difficulties/challenging process and felt very comfortable with/trusted her in my corner!!!

Tara Nash did an excellent job selling our house. She took care of everything and when we had questions she was right to answer them. We have know Tara along time and has done well in any job she has worked at. She cares about the people she is helping. I give her 5 stars.

Tara was amazing! She lead the way and we just followed along through a seamless process. She advocated for us where necessary without us having to ask her to do it. 10/10 would recommend her as your next real estate agent!

I have used Tara several times! She helped my buy my primary residence, a few investment properties, and this last transaction was for a vacation home near Eagles Mere in PA. Over the years and several different types of transactions it is evident to me that Tara has exceptional market and finance knowledge - she is more than just an agent! Throughout this last transaction for a vacation home, she was incredibly communicative, as always. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. When we ran into trouble with the septic system during inspections, her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. Her strategy during the negotiation phase after the septic system didn't pass inspections was also very impressive, as she leveraged her knowledge of the local market and township's personel to our advantage. We now have a beautiful lake home with a brand new septic system!

Tara was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our home. She was honest with us regarding pricing, talented in taking complimentary photos and writing a description that caught potential buyer’s attention. She kept us apprised of every detail of our listing and then attended to every single detail of the sale, from the offer to closing. We can’t express how much we respect her work ethic, knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to list their home.

We worked with Tara at both ends of our home purchase: first to buy our home in Williamsport and to sell our home in Danville. She was a wonderful help before during and even after (when some billing issues emerged that concerned both us and the previous owners). She worked hard for us always keeping us updated on the status of the process and answering any questions and concerns we had. We enjoyed having her as our agent and we highly recommend her as yours!

We could not ADORE you more and we are SO THANKFUL for ALL your help (that seller was a piece of work and we conquered her together!

Tara was a great agent and very helpful by explaining every step of the home buying process. We really appreciated her guidance when it came time to placing an offer and negotiating. We would recommend her to anyone buying a home.

I literally can not say enough good things about Tara or recommend her enough;we have never had a more attentive or knowledgeable Realtor !She found us a Condo that specifically suited my in-laws needs in less than a week and made every part of the process enjoyable. She showed great compassion and patience with us concerning my Father-in-laws' mobility issues and made us feel like family. We joked (but were kind of serious too) that she could be a Life Coach because she literally is a wealth of information on so many subjects .THANK YOU SO MUCH TARA! ??We can't wait to work with you againWendy and Matt Sears

Tara was phenomenal! She listened to our every need and kept that in mind as she helped us in looking for houses. She even went and checked out multiple houses for us due to our distance from the area. She went above and beyond to make sure our first home buying experience was a good one. It helped us to be at ease while making the decision and working through the home buying process. She answered our many questions quickly and was always available to help us out. 5 stars is not enough to give a rating on the experience we had. We would and will recommend Tara to anyone looking to buy or sell!
