If you looked up Tenacious in the dictionary, you should find Tara Nadian, Realtor. Honestly, 4 months ago my husband and I did not even know of Tara. I believe God placed her in our lives for a reason.The amount of time she dedicates to her clients is unmatched. If we had questions at 7:30am up until 11:30pm -she was always a phone call away. Her constant reassurance and determination kept me sane and helped my husband and I buy our forever home. Back story: Our situation was a little different than most. This lady was sent to me in my situation by God, because he knew I needed her, and the level of integrity, care, grit and willingness to help little people like me with baggage. She could have listened and looked at my case and said there is nothing she can do, and I would've understood because I'm used to it! People don't go over and beyond anymore, especially if its not a significant gain of some kind. She said "we are a team and she's taking me from renter to homeowner " I cried then, and I'm tearing up now because I believe her. I feel like I have known her months, yet its only been a few weeks.
