We first met Tara in an open house for one of the houses she was selling for her client. At the time, we didn’t have an agent nor any solid plans to buy a house. But Tara made a very good impression with us from that time on. She was very friendly & took the time to answer all our questions. We took her contact info & contacted her a few weeks later to represent us in buying a new house & selling our current house then. On buying a new house, Tara patiently took us through a lot of open houses. She made herself available all the time & would also send us comparables. At the end, we ended up liking a particular house. There were challenges to getting the house we really wanted but Tara navigated through for us & got the house we really wanted at a fair price. She was always there through the inspections, when we had last minute requests to see the house, or even when we need referrals for financing, house repairs or renovations. She was sooooo easy to work with! We have sold a couple of houses before but our experience with Tara is not even comparable with our previous agents. On selling our current house then, Tara was always transparent & would take the time to explain the complexities of the market at the time (we bought & sold at the time of high interest rates). She took the time to inspect the house & give us recommendations to sell the house faster - in terms of timing to market, & preparations to maximize the potential to sell quick. At the end, she only had to do 1 weekend of open house amidst thunder storms that weekend, and managed to get a lot of bids for our home (on a difficult seller’s market). Then she navigated us through patiently with the offers. She accomodated our requests throughout, early or late in the day, especially with helping us navigate through the back& forth negotiations.
