We ended up disappointed in her recommendation for a staging person but Tannis was extremely professional and handled everything with meticulous attention to the smallest detail. We also had the misfortune of having our empty house broken into and I can’t imagine surviving the experience without Tannis handling everything with compassion to us and professionalism beyond measure.

I would definitely recommend them! I needed to sell my house quickly and they were miracle workers! From start to finish, the entire process took less than 2 months! And it was even during the holidays! They were always ready to answer my questions or put my mind at ease when I started to panic. I have used my realtor, Tannis Kristjanson for multiple sales and real estate transactions over the years and Tannis is an amazing realtor and a wonderful person with excellent integrity who goes above and beyond to both sell and acquire properties at the best prices and make them fast transactions! My last house sale sold and closed in less than a month from putting it on the market ! This is almost unheard of since most closings alone take 30 days and I had the proceeds in less then a month from her listing the property! Wow ! She goes the extra mile to help make the transaction a success and provides extra special help if needed, I cannot praise her enough. And when I bought this house years ago she showed me the perfect property , put in an offer early afternoon and had the deal sealed at 9:30 pm same day!
