Because we were living out of town while searching for a home, we had to rely on Tammy much more than we would have in a typical home search. She was incredibly accommodating and took countless phone calls, emails and texts, visited homes on our behalf, and used facetime with us through properties so we could get a real feel for them from afar. When we came to CT to look in person and didn’t have a car, she spent an entire day driving us around to homes in several different towns so we could not only see properties, but also get a feel for the different areas. Once we found the home we loved, Tammy was essential throughout the offer, negotiation, inspection, and closing process. She was always advocating for us and making sure we stood our ground when it mattered. She helped make sure the right inspection items were addressed, stayed on top of the sellers when timelines were in jeopardy, and was constantly following up so that nothing slipped through the cracks. Buying a home from out of town could have been incredibly stressful, but Tammy made it feel manageable. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home.
