From start to finish Tami was on top of everything related to the sale of my home. When we ran into an issue with the title of the property she suggested who I could have help me resolve the issue without going through the probate process, which saved me a considerable amount of time and money. She also recommended a realtor to work with in the state I was relocating to and that worked out perfectly. Tami is very thorough and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Tami to anyone either buying or selling a property.

I met Tami Murphy at an Open House. After working with 2 other agents who barely responded to me and Never helped my husband and I buy a house, I decided to reach out to Tami. Tami was very knowledgeable on the steps we needed to take. She made everything so easy. She had an answer to any questions we had for her and she always offered wonderful advice. We gave Tami a big job, not only was she selling our house in Los Banos, CA for us, ”Our first home we raised our children in”, Tami was also working very diligently on our new home purchase as well.
