Tammy did an excellent job. The house sold very quickly. She guided us in the preparation of the home for sale, coordinated the showing and telephone inquires about the property, and did so on a timely basis. She suggested the proper sale price, which was used for the sale, and expedited the sale. While the house was empty, she monitored the house daily for any possible problems and reported to us.
