We have had the pleasure of working with Tamara Weaver for the last two years while searching for and considering properties mainly on San Juan but also other San Juan Islands (Lopez and Orcas). We had a specific budget and set of criteria that required patience to locate and Tamara was always enthusiastic and encouraging and on multiple occasions sent detailed video tours of various properties that piqued our interest ( we were not on island during the search). These were never quick and thoughtless video tours either, but extensive and full tours featuring drives approaching the properties, commentary and visuals of surrounding homes. Things like this indicatevthe enthusiasm and care for clients that Tamara has, as well as her patience and willingness to put forth effort to really make a property understandable for the people she is searching for. Sellers should be comfortable with this aspect of Tamara’s professionalism as well. You could not ask for a more sincere and attention focused real estate agent and we would not hesitate to recommend her most highly!! Thank you, Tamara!
