Let me just start off by saying buying a home is not an easy task. My agent Tamara Davidson was god sent here to deal with all my of my nagging needs! Everyone has a list on what it takes make a house their home, and mine was quite full! With that being said some agents in my experience may not have the same patience, care level, or dedication that Tamara provided for my family. She has gone absolutely above and beyond to provide me with all the help, direction, and motivation needed to complete such a milestone and find exactly what we wanted. Being as busy as she is Tammy still made time to check in and update me every chance she got. From start to finish it was a very personable experience with a good attitude, determination, and great work ethic! Now in the beginning we were set on 85%/15% rule on what you get and I still believe it. Although when it comes to Tammy TRUST THE PROCESS have faith and she’ll take just as good of care you as she did for me! She knocked it out of the park beyond what I was asking for, everything went smooth overall! If and when I do go to purchase another home I start with Tamara Davitson at Berkshire Hathaway!
