Talon was great! He had all the knowledge on the property, answered all my questions, and if he didn't know the answer, got it for me quickly. As a first-time home buyer, he was excellent at walking me through the whole process. If someone asked me to recommend a realtor, it'd be him. When I eventually sell my house (many, many years from now) I hope to work with him again.

Talon was amazing to work with. He kept watch on the market for anything that met my requirements, and showed me anything that I had found that was curious aboutt as well. I appreciated that during house viewings, if he noticed things that were a concern he would point them out to ensure I hadn't missed something, he obviously cared about me finding a home I would br happy with and not simply making a sale. He showed me what felt like hundreds of houses over the several months I worked with him. Having Talon as my Realtor was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Talon was great to work worth. We had a tight time line and were moving from a different province. Every step of the way he worked hard to ensure time lines were met and whenever a problem arose he found a solution for it. Was also a big help recommending insurance, lawyers etc for us as we are not from the area.
Talon is flexible, empathetic, kind, and just a great guy all around. I did not know Talon and chose him after interviewing several real estate agents to work with. Because I was often working remotely, Talon would preview properties and report back to me; oftentimes, I would Facetime with Talon to see properties in order to bid on them without ever stepping foot in them because Talon just knew what I was looking for.
In the end, I ended up frustrated with the "sellers market" and went back to the original house Talon showed me; that is the home I ended up in. Talon was instrumental in the purchase of my house. He helped me set up everything along the way to make this purchase a success.
