Taeko was exceptional as my buying agent for finding a rental property. Whenever I sent her a list of properties to view, she coordinated appointments quickly, saving me significant time. She was remarkably patient, accommodating as many viewings as necessary, and offered invaluable guidance during the offer and negotiation stages. Beyond her expertise, she was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.

Taeko Yamanouchi is supportive, proactive and highly knowledgeable about condos and neighbourhoods in Toronto. Her communication, both online and in-person, is always top-notch. Her efficient, helpful approach made my experience renting a condo in Toronto easy and dare I say-- fun!

Taeko is such a fantastic partner in finding a home. Going through the Toronto rental market is stressful enough, but going through it with Taeko makes it fun and she really helps alleviate the stress of the entire process. I will always recommend Taeko to anyone looking to move!
