Suzanne helped us both sell a condo and buy another this past month. This was no easy task given a tight market and the fact that we were doing all of this long-distance from Texas. Every step of the way, Suzanne was eager to help us with marketing and to arrange all the details needed for a tricky, contingency-based transaction. She was also fantastic at connecting us with craftsmen to make the minor fixes needed on both properties. Simply put, if we needed anything at all during the process, Suzanne's response was, "I've got you," and she ALWAYS did! While we hope not to need any more real estate help, we'd hire Suzanne again in a heartbeat!
