Susie Carter Johnson of Windermere was an absolute all-star as our estate sale agent. She handled everything from soup to nuts - from getting the exterior and interior of the home clean and presentable, handling contractors for repainting and refinishing floors, staging the home, and negotiating the final sale. Communication throughout this relatively short time period was flawless. It was a real pleasure working with Susie, and I would absolutely recommend her as an extremely competent real estate broker.
