She was able to quickly help us to focus on the right opportunities in the market and stayed with us every step of the way. She never lost momentum as the process went from targeting to closing. Along the way, she dedicated a lot of personal time to help researching city documentation, find architects, landscaping crew and inspectors; manage assessors, surveyors, selling realtor etc... Ms. Cronin was always on site when we spent time with the tradesmen. We cant say enough great things about her.
