Sue was outstanding once again. She makes you feel like you’re her only client. Such a great experience from contacting her months ago, fast-forward to the sale of our house (4 hours) to buying our new one. She’s such a delight to work with. I’ll tell everyone to call her for buying or selling. And when we sell and buy again she’s the first call we make!

The company I work for had moved us 5 times before, and by far Susan was the best realtor we have worked with. When it came time for us to downsize, there was never a question, we called Susan. She is extremely professional, while at the same time being very patient. However every time we called or had questions she answered quickly and got us what we needed. Susan Robillard helped us find our house when we moved to South Carolina a few years ago. When it came time to sell this house, no other realtor came to mind. She is always prompt with replies whether it’s a call or a text or an email, even on Saturdays and Sundays when she thinks she’s bothering us, but we think we’re bothering her. She is very patient and understanding when we have questions and are unsure of what we should do, even if we aren’t sure of what direction we are headed.
