Susan excels in providing an excellent home buying experience. She was always available every step of the way with her expertise, compassion and integrity. I believe Susan is truly an asset to your company and clients. I appreciate her positive and uplifting spirit, she was a blessing!

Susan was great at listening to the needs that we had for a home and didn’t waste our time on showing us homes that didn’t meet those needs. She responded quickly to any questions we had and quickly got information from the seller. I will definitely be using her in the future.

Susan made my home buying experience seamless from start to finish! I love her!

I remember our very first time looking at houses and meeting Susan. She was very warm, friendly, and charming! During the looking and buying process, she never made us feel rushed, always answered any question we had, and advocated on our behalf. She prayed with us, and listened to all our cares and concerns. She helped us find our dream home. It wasn’t all about the “ sale” for her, she truly treated us like family and now she is family! We love Susan so much! She’s the best, and we are so thankful for her and her loving heart.

I am delighted to share my exceptional experience working with Susan Reinert from Chinowth & Cohen. From the moment we started the process of selling my home, Susan went above and beyond her duties. She organized weekly open houses, expertly handled everything from cosmetic updates to addressing inspection repairs, and provided invaluable guidance throughout the selling process. Her professional advertising and readiness to accommodate last-minute and back-to-back showings were instrumental in closing the sale. Despite the challenging market conditions in the Tulsa area, Susan sold my home in just 115 days. Her dedication and expertise make her highly recommended for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I had an excellent experience with Suzan Reinert . She assisted me in the process of finding a home for me and my mom. She communicated with me regularly, she was very patient with my questions and overall anxiety, she had a good knowledge of the local area and other needed resources . The process of buying a home could have being stressful if Suzan was not there for me as her valued client. I felt supported throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Susan has helped me buy two homes and sell one. She is knowledgeable, prepared, and always so helpful during the home-buying process and we could not be more thankful to have her by our side!!!

Susan did a great job finding a house for my daughter and her boyfriend. They told me they really liked working with her and appreciated her honesty and knowledge. I would recommend Susan to anyone buying or selling.
