Susan is an excellent realtor. We are repeat customers. Susan understands us so well and listens to us when we call her. She pays attention to details and takes the time to look for properties before sending us current listings. On this particular purchase, she nailed it when she sent this one listing at 206 Coventry. WE drove four hours to look at one house and she knew it was the one and we did too once we did the walk through. We decided to look at one other property but no reason to waste time. She wrote the contract for us that day. She has so many resources and can always answer every question. It seems as if she made so many phone calls for us. She really did a lot of work to close on this property. We trust Susan and she takes care of us and our family with our real estate needs.
