Susan has been fantastic. We can't say enough good things about her. We have been in contact with a large number of realtors in different countries, and Susan has been easily the best Broker we have ever worked with both as buyers & sellers.
You managed to take a cluttered & dated space &stage it to look like the Million Dollar sale. Your staging made the difference netting me $105K over ask. No other broker would have done it! Everything one wants in a broker. Bravo.
As the old Rogers and Hart song goes, 'if they asked me, I could write a book', But this will have to suffice: The sensitive, caring and dedicated Susan Nierenberg works tirelessly until she finds the buyer of your dreams.
Susan provided us with expert guidance & judgment in all aspects of the selling process. We were so impressed with your knowledge & commitment to make this experience as painless and profitable as possible.
