Finding a home that actually works for downsizing is actually difficult on the North Shore! Way too many places that old, dated and in need of a full makeover. Susan worked the market and when we did not initially find something, she asked for our patience and we were rewarded. She put us first every step of the way. We are now in home that not only we love but everyone else our age wants!! What could be better?

We had to make a move pretty quickly (within a 4 month window!), and had a narrow range of where we needed to live as well as a specific budget and a lot of "wants" we were hoping our new house would have...and needless to say there just wasn't a whole lot out there that met all our criteria! Susan was wonderful throughout the whole process. She stayed on top of every house coming on the market and followed up on every possibility until we found a great fit for our family! She was so flexible and available and had great ideas about ways we might expand our search without giving up what was really important to us. She was also great at noticing things that might have created problems for us in a house that we may not have noticed or realized. We never felt like she wanted to get us just in "any" house, but in the right house for us. Lastly, Susan was always friendly and fun to work with, which made the whole process a lot easier! We would definitely recommend Susan to our friends and would want her to be our realtor in the future if we move again.
