Susan Heenan is the best!!! We have done multiple deals with her, both on the buyer and seller sides. She stays on top of everything and works hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. She is the only agent we even consider using. I would recommend her to anyone needing an agent.

Susan was amazing to work with. I felt like I had a personal assistant throughout the process. She was always on task with reminders, keeping me organized, researching options, and finding providers for home improvements. It's inherently a stressful process, and Susan provided guidance and stability that gave us peace of mind. On top of that, she's a genuinely nice person whom I enjoyed spending time with. I hope the opportunity arises for me to recommend her to a friend.

Susan Heenan was a fabulous realtor from start to finish! So professional and always available any time of day when I needed her or had a question. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor!!!!!
