Susan stayed very close to the market for us. The unit we ultimately bought attracted substantial interest;with the benefit of her advice we were able to "win" the day. Her attention to detail & intimate knowledge of the process helped immeasurably.
I would like to thank you for the amazing job you did finding us a coop that we love. You immediately understood the type of coop we were looking for & were so respectful of staying in our price range;the energy you put into finding us the right place was remarkable & ability to talk or meet with us incredible!Your warmth & upbeat attitude made it a pleasure for us and others to work with you.
Thanks for your diligent work in seeing the sale through. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks. It was a pleasure dealing with both of you; quite a departure from my past experience with other brokers.

The sale of my Tudor City coop & experience with Susan could not have been better. Susan's knowledge & advice were invaluable. After 1 open house we had 3 offers at or over the asking price. The apt. was on the market for 17 days & closed a month later. Susan's attention to detail & communication skills with all parties made for a fast, easy & enjoyable process. Couldn't ask for a better partner!
From the start I had complete confidence in Susan's expertise. Her judgement, guidance and advice were always right on the mark. Susan kept everything moving and kept me informed every step of the way. Her personable & polished manner made the process a truly comfortable experience. I felt extremely fortunate to have her handle the staging, marketing and sale of my coop. She is the absolute best!
