After just a bit of phone conversation we felt like we knew each other and we trusted her to help us look for a place 4000 miles away. When we came out to actually buy in NH we finally got to meet her and again, we felt that she understood exactly what we were looking for. She was always available through the buying process both on the phone and with email, and texts and in person whenever we needed her, even when a question seemed small.
