I can't say enough about the amazing Susan Diliberti. We have been working with Susan for about 25 years now, and we just finished our fifth transaction with her. I can honestly say that each transaction had some form of drama (on the other side, of course :)), and the only reason that each deal went through is because of Susan. Susan has an excellent reputation in the community (so other agents trust her), and she is a whiz at negotiation. But most importantly, she knows her stuff, and she is a kind and decent human being. She makes the whole process tolerable and even fun. I feel so lucky to have worked with Susan. Highly highly recommend this wonderful woman!
