Susan truly knows the real estate business. She and her team are professional and helpful. They made the home buying process so smooth. Susan was quick to answer questions and to calm any anxiety we may have had. Her connections for contractors, inspectors, and lenders are the best. We highly recommend her and she will be our first choice for home purchases in the future.

If you want the most competent and supportive real estate company in Arkansas, then you should use Susan's team at Capital Sotheby's. She will give you excellent guidance after listening to what you want. The whole process is curated, including knowing the best folks to help you out, including inspection, surveying, and contractors. I have bought and sold multiple properties with Susan over the last ten years. I have high standards, and she exceeds them every single time.

We had a great experience working with Susan. From the moment she arrived for the market analysis, all the way through moving day, she was completely prepared, organized, helpful, friendly and very professional, She's extremely knowledgeable about the market and worked tirelessly to help us get the very best price for our home. I highly recommend her!

I have purchased three homes with Susan in 2014 and two homes in 2013. There is no another agent that works harder or is as knowledgeable as Susan. She is hands down the 'go to' for investment property and property at Greer's Ferry Lake. I would not make a single move without calling her first!
