Susan is excellent. I have known her for many years personally, and when it came time for me to buy a home, I automatically knew Susan was the one. She not only is an expert on the area, but is able to provide buyers (myself included) with suggestions that are respectful of criteria: budget, size, type of home, school district, commute, etc. At the property, she was able to provide honest information when I asked her thoughts on certain aspects of properties, and she was able to answer absolutely every question I had about each home I saw. While Susan helped me find my perfect home, this isn't where her services end. She kept on top of all aspects of my progress, from contract to close. She was in communication with not only the seller of my home, but also with my lender and the HOA for my neighborhood. All of this lead to an on-time, under budget, and successful close. My parents have used Susan additionally to buy a home in the area, and all three of us agree--Susan Derco is the only agent we would trust with our homes
