I’ve been helping buyers find just the right place to call home and sellers maximize their home sales in Southwest Florida since 2014. I can’t imagine a more perfect profession for me as I love working with clients from all around the USA and abroad as it is always so rewarding and fascinating. Finding out each individual's needs and preferences is of utmost importance as well as being fully abreast of the unique markets in the area so I can properly evaluate and advise on home values. I pride myself in attention to detail, good communication, and thorough research. I’m a believer in life-long learning and am continually amazing by what I learn. For fun, I love traveling, socially, playing golf and tennis. I love nature, whether it's being out in it, reading about it or watching videos or programs. Of course, my home always has at least one 4-legged family member. As I lived abroad for 20 years, I enjoy meeting people from other countries and learning more about their cultures and mores. Because I value this profession so highly, I studied to become a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and received the GRI designation which is an achievement that less than 3% of the realtors have accomplished. Professionally, I carry various designations and am a member of our local and regional associations. I am a licensed Realtor throughout the State of Florida with my primary area being Collier and Lee Counties which make up the area referred to as Southwest Florida. While living abroad, I served as a consultant to multiple entrepreneurs, utilizing my sales, marketing, and technology savvy to bring their business ambitions to life.
