Summer is the best!!! She is always responsive, helpful & informative of the process. She makes the process seem so easy which is how I know how hard she is working behind the scenes! We’ve used her 3 times & recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

She will always get five stars from me. I wish I could give her more stars. I have never met someone that was more determined to find me a house than me! She is the most amazing and sweet human being I’ve gotten to encounter and she truly puts her clients first!! Give her a promotion!!!

We worked with Summer Richards. When we were relocating a year ago she helped us look for a home to buy. Unfortunately, market was crazy and she helped us with a rental while we continued to look while living here. Summer helped us as we decided to build and was an amazing asset. She grew up with my mother so it was also fun hearing their high school stories. We are so grateful for her. Thank You Summer!

Summer was great!  Very responsive & available.

Summer was an amazing dedicated and PATIENT partner in this process. Her attention to detail was second to none. She was never pushy but gave great advise and contracts were involved and she got us through to the end. All transactions have their potential for hiccups and ours was a contingency on a contingency and we all made it through! Summer is passionate about her career and was always available. I would recommend her to everyone and I am so glad she and I have a friendship at the end of this too!

As a first time home buyer, Summer asked the questions I didn't even know to ask and included the important things I never considered. Summer made herself available to look at homes within hours of my expressing interest. She made the process as painless as possible and was always honest and proactive. Summer continues to follow-up with me even months after closing.

Summer was excellent! She was very informative and honest. She was also really fun to be around. Summer helped us find our perfect home. We are so grateful to her.

Summer was our rescue realtor! We were relocating from NY and the agent we attempted to work with was not ready for the urgency of our needing to find a home when we visited for a weekend. We were so thankful to switch to Summer. She was professional and walked through houses via face time with us. Being so far away and dealing with the tough market was so stressful but Summer was reassuring and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in. She was easy to work with, converse with, answered all of our questions and was extremely patient. We are now in our new home and she continues to check in with us to ensure we are doing well and she Is someone we will continue to call on as a realtor and friend! We highly recommend her.

WOW!!! Thanks Summer for the quick sale of our house in Keller!!! Sold in 7 days. Not only are you a great friend but an awesome real estate realtor. I would have been very nervous to go with anyone else, but your professionalism and dedication got us over any issues/questions we had during the process. I would use you again, if I were ever going to sell my house, but hopefully this is my last move!!!

Summer Richards went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. She really looked out for us as a family and made sure we were making a financial investment that was good for US, and not trying to make a sale. She always answered my questions and she gave me a real sense of security. I wish everyone could have an experience with their agent like the one we had with Summer Richards! People like her are few and far between. She was simply amazing.
