Good service and prompt attention

Always a pleasure to work with! I am forever grateful for the ease of selling or buying with you! Amazing all around! Thank you!

Great to work with.

Melch was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend him to family or friends!

Mr. Steven Melchor is the best real estate agent! He is a loyal advocate to his client! When we found our dream home, Melch was vacationing in Florida. Without missing a beat, Melch negotiated the bid with the Seller's agent from Florida. While Melch was out of the state, Ms. Karen Eskar, a Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Agent, showed us several houses. We would not have found our dream home without Karen! Thank you Karen! ☺️ Melch returned from vacation Monday, met us at the house Tuesday, and worked tirelessly to get us to closing ☺️🏡 We are now home owners because of Melch! Thank You 🌞

I know Steve works tirelessly for the customers he helps buy or sell there home or business. We will not have any other realtor than Steve Melchor and Berkshire Hathaway Home Service's. Thank you Steve for all you do!
