Steven McKimmey did an excellent job as our agent for the sale of 2918 Brittany Lane in McKinney. I placed my rental property in a self-directed IRA to grow my retirement funds, and the IRA hosting company changed three times during my ownership (first Entrust, then Quest, and finally Inspira). This made the closing very complicated from a legal standpoint, and it required Steven to exert extra effort to make it happen. But despite the complication, Steven did a great job keeping Barbara and I informed of the status during the sale process. Again, thanks to Steven McKimmey for performing exceptionally well during the process. l

Steven is fantastic! We first met at an open house and had absolutely no idea where to start or what to look for. Steven was the first person to actually approach us and give us information on where to start and which resources we needed to get started as first time home buyers! He walked us through every step and taught us what to look for when attending an open house. His knowledge and kindness helped us so much throughout our journey. He was always quick to respond to any and all of our questions! Helped us through every step and genuinely wanted the best for us! He’s incredibly great at what he does! We couldn’t have don’t it without Steven and we’re so blessed to have met him that day! Thank you for getting us the perfect home!!

Steven McKimmey is a fantastic realtor that guided me through a stressful journey with kindness and professionalism. Steven will go above and beyond to serve you and he was there when I needed him. Above all that, he is an exceptional human and I am happy to know him. I will use Steven again and will recommend him for sure! Thank you for everything Steven!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about Steven Mckimmey! He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. Steve was excellent in all aspects of his work as our listing agent. We have dealt with many different real estate agents over the years and I found that Steve is exceptional in his communications. We appreciate that he took the time to understand our individual circumstances and objectives related to the sale of our property. From beginning to end, he was very proactive in letting us know what to expect and when there were any new issues to be addressed. When tasks had been completed or issues resolved, we were always informed in a timely manner. There was never a time that I was frustrated by not knowing what was going on. The thing that most impressed me about Steven McKimmey is how he went well beyond what I would have expected in a somewhat difficult and inconvenient situation for us. We met with Steve in person to list our tenant occupied property, but a few days later we returned to our home in Florida. Steve met with our tenant and established a cooperative relationship while showing the property while it was still occupied. Then he stayed in touch with our tenant through her move out and kept us informed of her progress. After the sale and buyer's inspection, he recommended contractors and even made most of the arrangements for required repairs with a plumber, electrician, a vent/roofing contractor and professional cleaners. Because we live out of state, Steve made himself available to each of these contractors, letting them in when needed and reporting to us after they were finished. Steven even had the lawn mowed when he noticed it was needed. Steve's personal efforts made our experience so much easier and less stressful than it would have been otherwise! Thanks Steve.

We highly recommend Steve as a solid member of a family looking to relocate or require their homes sold in the area. He has always been willing to go above and beyond to support our efforts. The original plan was to move "Some time" in 2024. He was absolutely on board with this original plan and supported our search efforts. Little did we know the sometime in 2024 would become NOW TIME, and he was there for us to help us find the right home for our family.
