Originally from Peekskill, New York, Steve Cardinale came to Vail in 1976. He never envisioned that in 1979 he would begin his real estate career and become one of the elite residential brokers in the Vail Valley. Steve was rated the 190th Top Realtor in Colorado's Top 200 for 2020 by Newsweek. Out of nearly 140 Slifer Smith & Frampton brokers, Steve ranked as a Top Producer in 2020 and was the recipient of The Standards of Excellence Award in 2019. He has consistently been a Top 20 broker at SSF for 20 of the past 24 years. In the past 20 years he has participated in over 1,400 transactions totaling over $504 million. Steve is also the Branch Broker for all SSF real estate offices in Beaver Creek Resort.
