Steve did a tremendous job, often covering inefficiencies on the side of the seller. His efforts enabled the deal, entirely. He kept us clam and steady during times of high stress, and simplified complex problems that could have easily been show-stoppers. He showed professionalism and patience throughout, even when it wasn't reciprocated from the seller's side. It was a difficult transaction that was made possible entirely by his perseverance.
