Sterling's passion and ability as a Smith and Associates Agent are evidenced by the success she has enjoyed during her almost twenty years of experience in the Tampa real estate market. Having relocated to Tampa two decades ago, she is able to relate to newcomers to the Tampa area while at the same time sharing with all of her clients the insights she has gained into Tampa's culture, history, and institutions. Sterling previously worked as a real estate paralegal in North Carolina and a human resources executive in Atlanta, bringing a high level of professionalism to all of her work in both places. Her paralegal experience has given her invaluable insight into the legal complexities of real estate transactions, and her human resources experience has helped her develop the ability to understand the needs and concerns of the people with whom she works. Coupled with her very significant service with some of Tampa's most important volunteer organizations, Sterling's knowledge of Tampa, the local real estate market, and her clients' needs and concerns is unparalleled. In addition, she brings to each client relationship the kind of positive personal interaction and realistic optimism that allow for successful outcomes.
