Stephen was very helpful touring properties and with the whole closing process.

This is my second real estate transaction with Stephen Shad. I knew when I got serious about looking for a home, that he was the only one that I trusted to help me with this process. Stephen goes above and beyond for his clients. It took a long time, we had a lot of ups and downs of looking, but he never stopped helping me. He communicates well and really cares about his clients.

We have bought, bought, and sold with Stephen and have all intentions to buy and sell with him in the future.

As usual Stephen Shad demonstrated his professionalism and market experience bringing another real estate transaction to a successful and prompt conclusion. He has my full confidence and I can highly recommend him to others.

Stephen Shad of Allen Tate is highly recommended. Great skills in making deals and a broad knowledge of target markets. A true professional

Great guy to work with, have used him for several years now. Its nice to be able to have someone that knows most of the markets I work in.

We recently concluded yet another few purchases with Stephen Shad. Two in particular required special persistence. In the end, Stephen delivered successfully as usual. He has my highest recommendation. Thank you Stephen !

We were moving two hours away from Rock Hill. We needed Stephen's support to help coordinate getting our house ready to sell while at the same time we were looking out of town to buy. Stephen provided excellent advice on how to prepare our house for sale. Stephen hung in there for the six months it took us to find our new house out of town. His photographer took great photos, and Stephen had the write-up ready to go. Stephen knows how to guide you through the times when a contract falls through, and move on to the next buyer. He also knows how to make the closing smooth for the out-of-town seller. I can confidently say that you can put your trust in Stephen to help you get your house sold. He is a nice guy who is easy to talk to. He will listen to you, deal with you straight up, and get positive results.

15 years ago Allen Tate helped me find and purchase my 1st home. 15 years later Stephen Shad with Allen Tate helped me sell it. That is going full circle for sure. Stephen knew how to get through all the steps, from getting ready to list, finding a buyer, and the last step...moving out and closing. Whether you are buying or selling it takes patience, confidence/trust in your realtor, and persistence. 👍 Stephen Shad

Stephen was a true professional. Very attentive and hard working. I would recommend him to any potential seller.
