Stephen and Matt Beech were amazing. I was on a time crunch on a 1031 exchange and we found the perfect home! Multiple houses were in the running and they helped me navigate 3 very difficult home inspection reports. In the end I finally went under contract and also had quiet a bit of negotiation but it’s closed it’s a gorgeous investment and they went above and beyond to be available to show me houses whenever I could come from NC. If I couldn’t be on site they would go and walk through the houses virtually for me! Amazing. Few agents go the extra mile to do this. I sent them twice to a home late evening near dark. They have an extensive referral list if you need assistance with repairs or adding additions to your new home. There’s more to say than I can put here but this team gets the Job DONE!!! They also understand when you’re in a crunch for time they make it happen…… Thanks so much I can’t give enough Praise!!!!

He walked me through each step, took the time to explain everything (sometimes more than once), was always available, and helped with recommendations on household upgrades.
