Stephanie went to battle for us for example in the real estate people were behind the contract time frame and wanted to continue after the time frame had already passed regarding the inspections Stephanie was on it and stated that the timeline had passed and they're no longer able to get the things that they're requesting obviously she knew the real estate laws.
