We needed a realtor to sell my dads home. We didn't really know where to start. A good friend of mine recommended Stephanie Spiro. Stephanie and I met at my dads home for our first meeting. Stephanie was so sweet and caring. I could tell she would be a good fit, answering all my questions. She was so thorough and helpful with recommendations on selling the home. I had know idea where to start. I had just lost my dad and was still grieving. I don't know what I would have done without her. She was able to help me understand things that would need to be done to sell a home. Things I wasn't aware of. But that buyers appreciated having done prior to purchasing a home. She made a list of things to do in the home such as repairs, paint, flooring etc. She recommended removing all furniture to have it staged, I'm telling you this makes all the difference in the world. It was beautiful. She just knew what to do to sell a home fast. Other things were done to give the buyer a sense of peace, such as a sewer cam, Home inspection. Stephanie was always available to answer my questions and guide me. We always knew what to expect. I had told her I would like to sell fast, as I was worried about our current market. And wow! did she get the job done! Home was emptied, staged, photographed and video taped. I have never seen a more beautiful job done. The photos and video were gorgeous!! Her marketing skills are phenomenal!! They were posted for so many to see. Her description of my dads home was so well worded and described perfectly. My dads home sold within a week of the open house. I don't think you can get it done faster than that!! Her skills as a realtor are amazing!
