I would absolutely recommend Stephanie Low. My son and daughter-in-law recommended her to me. I was overwhelmed by the number of agents and decided to give her a call when I was having trouble finding a mortgagor for the type of loan that I needed. I called her on a Saturday afternoon and five minutes later she had me hooked up with the person I needed. Then I started the journey to find a house. She narrowed down the area I was interested in and the price range and I was emailed houses in that area daily. She was always available to answer questions, set up showings, and discuss houses. The house I found was not on the market yet, but Zillow indicated that it was. I asked her to check that. She said she couldn't show it, but she did check to see if they were having a moving sale so I could see it that way. I saw it, decided it was close to perfect, and placed an offer that was accepted before it was actually on the market. She was there during the inspections, made suggestions for contractors and we closed last week. Buying a house is stressful, especially when you haven't done it for 50 years, but I feel I got the right house for me. And Steph was there every step of the way.
This was a first home sell situation for me. That definitely was able to calmly explain the details of the process.What can be expected and when. Easily eliminated some of my concerns. And my own personal trepidations about the process. She kept us informed at all times and that was extremely beneficial.
We worked with Stephanie as we went through the process of purchasing a condominium.
