Stephanie did an amazing job for us! She made excellent recommendations for what we needed to do to get our home ready for sale (both inside and out). Her expertise led to a plethora of showings and multiple offers!

I worked with Stephanie Larson 11 years ago when I was looking to purchase my current home and during my extensive home search she was one of the most personable, genuine, professional realtors I've had the pleasure to work with. Having worked as a mortgage lender, I worked with a lot of realtors who weren't nearly as efficient and caring as Stephanie, she blows most realtors out of the water. Shorewest is fortunate to have someone as dedicated, professional and "real" as Stephanie on your team! So when it came time to list my parents home of 57 years, where I grew up and which holds so many wonderful family memories, I knew there was no one other than Stephanie I wanted mom and I to work with. It's truly been a pleasure working with Stephanie along the way and I'm confident she will continue to deliver excellent service from now until we close and pass the keys to the new homeowners. Fondly, Michelle Rossa, Trustee and Lucy Dallmann (mom)

A phenomenal experience from beginning to end. She always went out of her way to make the process easier for us.

Stephanie is the total package. She is very prompt and responsive. She provides excellent feedback and staging suggestions. She is very thoughtful in value and contractual suggestions. She lives up to 5 stars lable in the sale and purchase of a home.

This is my 3rd request from you. I have sent my remarks x2. Don't know why you don'y get them. STEPHANIE LARSON is beyond excellent

Stephanie Larson is outstanding. I was selling my historic home, which i've lived in for 40 years. This was anything but easy. Stephanie was with me every step of the way. I don't know what i would have done without her support and encouragement. She explained all of the co ntracts very carefully, and definitely answered any questions i had. Everything proceeded very well, including closing. Stephanie Larson shows a very high level of commitment to her clients. You could not have a better representative for Shorewest!

Stephanie Larson is wonderful. I wish i could give her 10 stars! I lived in my 100yr old home for 40 years. Walking away from it was anything but easy. Stephanie was with me every step of the way. I don't know what i would have done without her support and encouragement. She expllained every every detail of the contracts and went over everything i wasn't sure of. Closing went without a problem. My greatest thanks to her. You have an amazing, wonderful person on your Shorewest team.

Stephanie is great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. When I had questions, Stephanie had answers. She has a lot of experience, and makes navigating the entire process of home buying a breeze. Thanks to Stephanie, I was able to close on my first property. I would say my favorite part about working with Stephanie is that she was motivated to get me exactly what I was looking for. A great real estate agent, highly recommend!

I greatly appreciated Stephanie‘s knowledge and experience. I also always appreciate people who are prompt with responses and she was.

Stephanie was great. Attentive, kept me posted and on track and offered her expertise. Process was simple with her help. There were, of course, some hiccups…as there always is with a big project, but got worked through.
