My sisters and I were very fortunate that my mother, prior to her passing at 102 after a wonderful life, left Stephanie's brochure in her top desk with instructions to contact her at the appropriate time.

Stephanie and Bethany were amazing to work with. We had a very tiny window to get the house ready to put on the market and they jumped into full gear and had a team at the ready to do a LOT to the house to get it in shape to make top dollar. Stephanie knew just what to change and where the best dollars would be spent to make small improvements that would matter to buyers. She was super knowledgable regarding market timing and what buyers wanted in my area and her reputation and connections in the market with other realtors gave our home a certain 'cred'.
