Whatever documents I needed she informed me where in jacksonville I can get them. Dont miss out on an opportunity with her!

Very professional...kept in touch every step of the way and she provided all the help I needed and more

I had a pleasant experience working with Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt that she really looked out for my interest, and she had a lot of knowledge and experience to do it well like what to do to increase the possibility of getting a higher offer. We had a good communication, and it was easy to work with her. She helped me understand the process and what to expect. I also appreciate the extra efforts she made in some of the things during this process. I was also very happy that, through her work with Watson Realty, it only took a couple of weeks to get an excellent offer and do the closing soon after that.
