I had such a horrible experience with almost every other part of the home-buying process (unrelated to her), but she is the one who kept me going mentally and spiritually. Stephanie is not only an amazing realtor but also a truly wonderful person. From our very first interaction, she presented herself as genuine and honest, and I believe those qualities to be absolutely true. She was professional, compassionate, and went far above and beyond her role to help me. She was on top of everything 100% of the time—from beginning to end and even in between—often compensating for others involved who were not doing their jobs properly. Every time I had a question or concern, she stepped in however she could to help. Stephanie made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything in detail. She always strived to answer every question, even when nobody else could. She was essentially my only real human connection throughout this process. Stephanie was very responsive and answered all my questions. She was easy to talk to and so nice. She knew what she was doing.

We had a very long escrow process because the seller did not have the house ready for sale. Stephanie kept us calm and reassured us that we would get our house in time. We were able to secure a decent rate, get questions answered every step of the way, and ultimately, we got our house. :)
