Steph assisted me in both selling a home and buying a new one. She showed me right away that she is conscientious and organized, answering my texts, emails, or phone calls within a day and often much more quickly than that. She also displayed the utmost professionalism about her role(s) in helping me with my goals.
Steph has very good rapport with other agents in the county. This was very useful when trying to assess buyers' interest levels or the motivation behind sellers. Steph is on top of the current practices and trends in Lancaster County's real estate market.
I was buying with a contingency to get my then-current house sold. Steph gave me spot-on advice about pricing my home and timing of events. I regard her "highest shining moment" in helping me achieve my goals was when she advised me on structuring my best offer for my dream house. I lamented that I was at the top limit of a price I could offer and "what else can I do?" I intended that to be rhetorical. However, Steph was right there with a few additional ideas that could appeal to a seller. Her advice worked and I am living in my dream situation.
Thank you, Stephanie Frysinger!!!!
Buying a house is no easy task but I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Steph was always positive and supportive throughout this journey and always provided feedback and answered questions when they came up. She’s also funny! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. 12/10.
Steph is without a doubt one of the kindest and hardest working people I’ve come to know. We spent two years on our house search with her and her helpfulness and compassion never wavered. Her expertise on the state of the market and helping us to put our best offer forward was really what got us into a home.As first time home buyers we weren't really sure at all what we were doing and Steph was able to walk us through all of it. I would recommend her a million times over and should we need to move again I’ll be calling her right up.
Coming into this home-buying experience with specific needs and a short window of time to find what we needed before having to vacate our current rental was stressful - Steph brought a calm, clarity and breadth of experience that made our experience simple and pain free - and most importantly, successful in finding a house that we loved and met our needs, all the while getting the job done with enough time after closing to paint and update before the actual move. Very grateful to have Steph along for the journey and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
Steph Frysinger was our dream realtor. Not only did she facilitate multiple offers within 3 days of listing, she also guided us and advocated for us along our journey of building a new home. Steph was always professional and she was 100% committed to the process. And on top of it all, she advocated for us on several occasions as we built our home, acting as a liaison between the sales office and the builder. Aside from her professionalism, she is so warm and kind - and she listens. I truly feel as though she really understood what we wanted and needed, and she was side by side with us every step of the way, no matter what time of day or day of the week. I highly recommend Steph Frysinger - she is a one in a million realtor who not only knows her stuff, but she is a warm and understanding person. The complete package.
Steph did a great job handling the details from offer through to closing and even after. She was responsive and thoughtful when I asked questions, which I found helpful. I appreciated her flexibility and willingness to talk on the phone at odd hours. I would recommend her easily and quickly.
Working with Steph made buying my first home an enjoyable and stress-free experience. From day one, she was incredibly supportive—answering every question, no matter how small, and offering clear, thoughtful guidance throughout the entire process. Her insight and feedback helped me know exactly what to expect at each step, which made everything feel manageable and even exciting.
Steph’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent, and I’m grateful to have had her by my side during such a big milestone. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable agent!
Steph is a most pleasing person, AND she does really listen and in our case, did more than we asked, to sell our house. Slow start, but ultimately we sold for more than we expected - thanks to Steph’s knowledge of the market. She makes it easy because she does all the paperwork (legal stuff).
